Role Overview
We are hiring for an Operation Associate job in Bahrain to join our dynamic team in the financial and crypto asset sector. As an Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of core business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional departments such as finance, trading, and product development to carry out mission-critical tasks. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in the evolving world of digital assets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze trading data, transaction patterns, and user behavior to enhance efficiency.
Conduct liquidity planning and manage funds across bank accounts and liquidity providers.
Handle credit line management and settlement processes for flawless transactions.
Export and evaluate reports from liquidity providers for performance insights.
Investigate and reconcile unmatched transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
Execute over-the-counter (OTC) trades and manage related workflows.
Monitor transactions via payment service providers and address chargebacks or issues.
Provide high-level support to the client relations team, addressing customer inquiries.
Monitor card processor performance and resolve any operational anomalies.
Support the due diligence process for listing new crypto assets.
Coordinate with vendors for product onboarding, evaluations, and commercials.
Communicate issues to liquidity providers and ensure timely resolution.
Research emerging tools, products, and operational strategies for ongoing development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the crypto asset or financial trading industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and trading platforms is a plus.
Experience with data analysis tools and dashboard/report generation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Experience with OTC trades is an advantage.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven and team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work on a shift basis.
