Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Hemodialysis Unit. Main Purpose of the Role
To provide, coordinate, and ensure the delivery of patient-centered and evidence-based nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, adhering to professional and ethical standards set by regulatory authorities and Mediclinic policies.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals, aligned with clinical standards and UAE regulations.
Promote a safe environment for patients by identifying, managing, and mitigating clinical risks according to established protocols.
Foster positive patient experiences by maintaining a supportive and respectful care setting, as directed by nursing leadership.
Support the development of nursing staff and learners through supervision, coaching, and mentoring to enhance skills and competencies.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality of patient records in line with company and legal requirements.
Minimum Qualifications & Certifications
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Required: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Required Experience
Essential: A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in your home country.
Preferred: At least 3 years of recent experience in hemodialysis nursing.
Advantageous: Previous work experience in the UAE healthcare sector.
Skills and Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
Solid understanding of patient safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
