Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors professionally.
- Manage phone calls, clerical tasks, and lost & found items.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and oversee office records.
- Arrange transportation and assist with air ticket bookings.
- Supervise support staff and vendors for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ensure workplace safety and coordinate security measures.
- Handle document couriering and process LPOs in AX software.
- Manage office supplies, pantry items, and meeting room arrangements.
- Address parking issues and oversee facility maintenance requests.
- Coordinate banquet, flower arrangements, and vendor tasks as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Bachelor’s Degree; additional certification in office management or hospitality is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., AX software).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of office maintenance and vendor coordination.
