Roles & Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Manager H/F – Banques
Poste bas Tunis (Tunisia)
Your missions are:
– Ensure the continuity of IT services and provide efficient support to all international units;
– Provide appropriate training and awareness-raising to ensure optimal performance;
– Plan the capacity, scalability and availability of all infrastructure systems in international units;
– Develop operation and configuration manuals for all systems, and ensure adequate training on these documents;
– Ensure the availability of office automation systems in all international units;
– Develop, maintain, support and optimize key functional areas such as network, server and SAN infrastructure, platform systems, data, communications, IT security and telecommunications systems;
– Guarantee a high level of security for all infrastructures and systems;
– Develop and review IT plans and annual budgets, while ensuring high availability of infrastructure and systems;
– Ensure strict compliance with procedures and policies (PnPs) and ensure prompt closure of audit findings;
– Update and maintain system administration standards to optimize service availability and efficiency;
– Ensure that all network solutions are implemented correctly;
– Ensure that office monitoring and capacity planning functions are carried out in a systematic and periodic manner;
– Manage the implementation of solutions and deployments;
– Organize and lead communication events on infrastructure, such as meetings, awareness-raising sessions and training for employees;
– Adopt the operating manuals for all computer systems and ensure adequate training;
– Provide technical support and expertise to the various entities of the group for all IT systems and solutions;
– Adhered to and complied with computer procedures (PnP) and actively worked on the closure of thethe associated audits;
– Manage a team of office automation and network specialists, assign them projects and tasks, and supervise the successful implementation of these projects;
– Identify budget needs, prepare budgets and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure coverage of all systems by local or international suppliers;
– Prepare staff targets, monitor progress, identify resource needs and execute recruitment plans if necessary;
– Receive and evaluate change requests, discuss RFCs with stakeholders, and approve or reject such requests;
– Ensure that infrastructure issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner, in coordination with other IT units;
– Plan projects and coordinate tasks between departments and employees.You
have a degree in computer engineering.
You have confirmed experience in a similar position, acquired within a bank.
You have a confirmed experience in team management.
You have technical professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, etc.
